About the Role
CodeCrush is looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Sales Admin Intern to support business development for our Website, AI Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Gamification projects.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and believes that brands can create stronger customer experiences through digital innovation and gamification. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams. Previous experience in agencies, startups, clubs, or freelance projects is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Support generation activities and maintain customer databases in CRM.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales materials.
- Follow up with prospects and support client communication throughout projects.
- Coordinate with Account, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support various business development and operational tasks when needed.
- Proactively suggest ideas and improvements to optimize workflows.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Third or fourth-year student, fresh graduate, or entry-level candidate in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or related fields.
- Passionate about technology, branding, and customer engagement.
- Curious about how gamification can help brands create memorable experiences.
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to write professional emails.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM platforms.
- Previous involvement in agencies, student clubs, startups, or freelance projects.
- Familiarity with Website Development, Shopify, AI, Digital Marketing, or Gamification.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
