_Roles & Responsibilities_
As a Social Media Executive in Social Lab, you will take the wheel in planning - executing - tracking - optimizing - reporting social media performance of our clients’ brands across all major platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
This role requires a social-first mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of how social ecosystems contribute to IMC campaigns.
We're looking for a Mid-Senior level talent for this position.
SOCIAL MEDIA PLANNING & CREATION:
- Understand creative direction and communication strategies - then translate them into actionable social media plans on various platforms to deliver the campaign message successfully.
- Plan and execute social content calendar (owned channel & social outreach channel) ensuring consistency with brand voice, tone, and message.
- Work closely with internal teams on the development of social media strategies, tactics, and content direction.
- Stay ahead of social trends, new formats, and platform updates to proactively suggest innovations for client campaigns.
SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE:
- Manage day-to-day social media operations for brands, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency across all channels.
- Deliver all types of performance evaluations, tracking, and reports on campaign/ weekly/ monthly basis by channel: Owned channels, Social Out-reach channels; by type (Content, Creative, Community, Competitor, Campaign, etc.) to evaluate the performance of brands on social media and suggest solutions to improve the campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to identify insights, learnings, and actionable optimizations for future content and campaign planning.
- Benchmark against competitors and category best practices to ensure the brand stays socially relevant and competitive.
COMMUNITY & ADVOCACY MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions promptly and appropriately.
- Identify potential issues or crisis situations early and escalate to relevant stakeholders following internal protocols.
- Engage with followers and key advocates to build a positive brand community and enhance loyalty.
- Support the development and presentation of community management strategies for campaigns or ongoing brand engagement.
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have:
- About 2-4 years of experience in directly executing social campaigns (client or agency).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their analytics tools.
- Deep knowledge of social nature, social planning, and social media performance.
- Excellent grasp of social media metrics and best practices.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good sense of social content and social trends.
- Operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
- Ability to meet project KPI.
- High attention to detail, careful, hard-working.
- Effectiveness of team collaboration.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
