Description:
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Corporate teams to support business decision
- Monitor budgets and analyze business performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales support and marketing initiatives.
- Develop business performance dashboards and management reports.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
Requirements :
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✔ At least 2 years of experience in Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or FP&A.
✔ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ A proactive mindset with strong business acumen.
✔ Good command of English.
