About the Role:
Smollan is seeking a high-performance Account Manager to lead a flagship FMCG retail operation in Vietnam. This is a role for a "Data-Driven Strategist" rather than a traditional operations manager, and leading a team from field execution strategy to result delivery.
What You Will Do:
• Own the Business: You will not just manage a team; you will manage the P&L and operational efficiency of the account. You will be held accountable for Operation KPI delivery and financial efficiency metrics.
• Lead Through Data: You will interpret complex retail data. You will work with BI and IT teams to refine dashboards and ensure the client receives accurate, automated, and insightful reporting.
• Champion Process: You will enforce strict operational standards. You will build and manage the playbooks that ensure our team remains top-tier, even during high-turnover periods.
• Be a Partner: You will sit at the table with senior Client managers, helping them solve real-time retail challenges. You will anticipate their needs before they ask.
