Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Produce high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and other project documentation.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements while ensuring alignment with technical implementation feasibility.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, business rules, reports, dashboards, workflows, and system requirements.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Provide consultation and support to business users to ensure solutions effectively address organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define target-state processes and recommend best practices.
Enterprise Systems & Solution Support
- Research, evaluate, and understand new business solutions, enterprise platforms, and industry best practices.
- Support business applications and enterprise platforms by assisting with issue analysis, enhancement requests, and process improvements.
- Work closely with business users, project teams, solution architects, developers, and support teams throughout the application lifecycle.
Project Delivery
- Participate in multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of business analysis activities and project milestones.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
- Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities where required.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, System Analysis, or related roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within Financial Services, Banking, Payment, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Strong ability to quickly understand complex business processes, operational workflows, and new business domains.
- Proven experience creating BRD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and other requirement documents.
- Solid understanding of enterprise applications, digital platforms, workflow systems, data management, reporting solutions, and transactional systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and teamwork abilities.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications and technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, BPM, Workflow Automation, or Enterprise Application Platforms.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, or Enterprise Platforms are advantageous.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization programs is a plus.
