About the Role
The sales team is the engine that drives the consumer reach of our packaging solutions. We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
- HC 1: Responsible for sporting goods, primarily badminton, volleyball, and sports lifestyle products. Manage a team of 10 members.
- HC 2: Responsible for sporting goods with a focus on football and lifestyle products. Manage a team of 1–3 members.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage wholesale and retail customer accounts in the South of Vietnam.
- Work closely with sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyse market trends & plan ahead to forecast sales for the region assigned.
- Develop dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify potential opportunities for further business.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product developments in this space.
- Maintain good long-term relations with key customers to increase market share.
- Ensure timely payment by customers and monitor customer growth potentials.
- Liaise efficiently and cooperatively with warehouses, accounts and affiliates.
- Assist and participate in trade fairs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing are highly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of total experience of which minimum 2 years in sales distribution, preferably in a sporting goods/ apparel/ footwear industry.
- Outstanding sales record with high sales activity.
- Aggressive, independent, self-motivated and customer – oriented individual.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Working experience in MS office, Excel & Word.
