Service Engineer Intern

Job Description

• Participate in on-the-job training at customer sites during equipment installation, commissioning, annual inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support service engineers in daily technical service operations while learning practical knowledge of automation systems, equipment maintenance, and customer support processes.
• Work closely with senior engineers and team leaders to assist in diagnosing technical issues, conducting inspections, and performing basic repair or maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and maintain service-related documentation, including inspection records, maintenance reports, and customer service reports, with guidance from supervisors.
• Develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through direct interaction with customers and collaboration with internal departments under the support and coaching of team leaders.

Job Requirement

• Final-year student or recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience.
• Background in Electrical / Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Can use Chinese intermediate level above . English is a plus.
• Available for full-time internship from July to October 2026.
• Strong willingness to learn, and willingness to take on challenges and difficulties.
