We are looking for an entrepreneurial commercial partner to drive business development for our subsidiary business in Malaysia, Coreseal Industrial Materials Sdn. Bhd. In this role, you will focus on high-growth sales activities targeting the textile manufacturing and broader industrial sectors across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the textile, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
  • Solution Selling: Promote and position Coreseal’s technical industrial materials and solutions to factory owners, procurement heads, and engineers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term networks with key distributors, factories, contractors, and industrial end-users.
  • Commercial Execution: Conduct independent customer field visits, technical presentations, product introductions, and contract negotiations.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage customer inquiries, prepare commercial quotations, follow up on project requirements, and provide weekly pipeline updates.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor footprints, and shifting customer demands to feed back to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, technical sales, or engineering-led product distribution.
  • Existing Network: A strong, active network within the textile manufacturing sector, factory operations, or related industrial ecosystems in Malaysia is a significant advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen, sharp negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to operate completely independently and manage B2B account lifecycles.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel frequently for client site visits.

Compensation Structure

  • Basic salary with attractive high commission scheme.
