FULL STACK DEVELOPER (Strong BE) (ĐÀ NẴNG)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using NestJS with RxJS

• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to design robust and maintainable systems

• Work with Kafka and MQTT in building message-driven architectures

• Collaborate with the frontend team, familiarity with Angular is a plus

• Optimize software performance and ensure scalability in system design and implementation

• Lead and participate technical discussions, advise for architecture decisions, and participate

in code reviews

• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, security, and

maintainability

• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data storage and caching

• Ensure adherence to clean architecture principles, best practices, and coding standards

• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, APIs, and

development guidelines

• Support team growth through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Back End or Full Stack development

• Proven experience with NestJS and RxJS in production environments

• Experience or familiarity with Angular is an advantage

• Strong background in microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MQTT for message-driven architectures

• Proficient in working with PostgreSQL and Redis

• Solid understanding of clean architecture, software design patterns, and performance

optimization

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application quality

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD processes.

• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

• Basic understanding of backend security best practices (e.g. authentication and authorization,

input validation, protection against common vulnerabilities)

• Experience mentoring team members is a plus

• Experience in code reviews, design reviews, and software performance reviews

• Ability to produce and review technical documentation effectively

• Experience mentoring or guiding team members is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation
