Support the successful execution of new product launches and cross-functional projects by ensuring timelines are tracked, stakeholders are coordinated, documentation is maintained, and operational issues are identified and escalated promptly.
The role is responsible for driving execution discipline and providing visibility into project progress, enabling the team to deliver launches and initiatives on time and according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
1. Import Documentation Management
- Prepare, collect, and maintain import and product documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available for regulatory reviews and audits.
2. Product Launch Coordination
- Coordinate launch readiness activities across Marketing, Ecommerce, and other relevant teams.
- Track licensing progress, production status, inventory readiness, packaging, and launch materials.
- Verify that all launch requirements are completed before the planned launch date.
- Maintain launch checklists and provide regular progress updates.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Update project dashboards and KPI trackers regularly.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare weekly or monthly status reports highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding actions.
- Ensure project data is accurate and readily available for decision-making.
5. Cross-functional Communication
- Act as the coordination point between internal teams for assigned projects.
- Follow up on pending actions and confirm completion with stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication to ensure information is shared accurately and promptly.
6. Continuous Improvement Support
- Identify repetitive issues, bottlenecks, or process inefficiencies during project execution.
- Recommend improvements to workflows, templates, or coordination processes.
- Support implementation of process improvements as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics or a related field.- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of experience in operations are preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to track, consolidate, and analyze operational data accurately and logically.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through until completion.
- Good communication skills, proactive in follow-ups, and able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sufficient English proficiency to work with documents and communicate with overseas partners (the interview will be partly conducted in English).
- Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in operations and a desire to ensure work is executed in a structured and systematic manner.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Saturday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Remote Working)
