Working location:
- 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Khanh Ward (former An Phu Ward - D2), HCMC
- 139, 10 Tay Street, Phu My Hung, Tan Hung Ward (former D7), HCMC
Working hours: 40 hours/ week and 8 hours/ day
- Mondays off and 1 weekend off (Saturday or Sunday)
- Tuesday to Friday, earliest start from 10:00 and latest end at 20:30
- Saturday and Sunday, earliest start from 09:00 and latest end at 17:30

RESPONSIBILITY
Lead Generation and Prospect Development
- Generate new prospects through center activities, partnerships, referrals, community outreach, and personal initiatives;
- Engage with prospective students and parents from marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and walk-ins to build a strong pipeline of potential enrollments.
Lead Management and Follow-up
- Follow up promptly with prospective students and parents from various lead sources to build relationships and maximize conversion opportunities;
- Maintain regular communication through phone, messaging, email, and in-person meetings, and record prospect interactions and progress in internal systems.
Consultation, Assessment and Program Advisory
- Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand learning needs, academic goals, and challenges;
- Clearly explain program structures, curriculum pathways, schedules, and learning outcomes with a strong understanding of the center’s products and services.
- Coordinate placement tests when required and recommend suitable programs and learning pathways based on student needs and the center’s offerings.
Enrollment and Conversion
- Guide students and parents through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth and positive experience;
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets by effectively converting prospects into enrolled students.
Post-Enrollment Coordination and Student Experience
- Coordinate with internal departments to support student onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into classes;
- Work with internal teams and external partners to enhance the student and parent experience and provide feedback to support program improvement;
- Provide feedback from students and parents to support program improvements and product development.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development in Education or Service industry;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
- Passion in Education;
- Good problem-solving and organizing skills;
- Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;
- Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;
- Flexible and adaptable with changes.
