Job Overview
As a Senior Marcom, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) throughout the year to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive service adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated Brand Marketing (IMC) campaigns across different stages of the customer journey, from brand awareness to user acquisition and conversion;
- Develop end-to-end marketing plans for each campaign, including objectives, key messages, target audiences, channel strategies, timelines, and performance metrics;
- Develop campaign concepts and creative directions to ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing and communication channels;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Creative, Content, PR, Trade Marketing, and Product, to deliver integrated campaigns effectively and on schedule;
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance based on marketing and brand metrics; identify insights and recommend optimization opportunities;
- Leverage marketing resources such as KOLs/KOCs, PR, strategic partnerships, and offline activations to maximize campaign reach and impact;
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth;
- Contribute to long-term brand development initiatives and perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Marketing Campaigns, or similar roles;
- Prior experience working in technology companies, digital platforms, mobile applications, e-commerce, or fast-growing startups is highly preferred;
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through performance evaluation;
- Strong marketing mindset with the ability to understand customer behavior and develop compelling campaign messages and creative concepts aligned with business objectives;
- Solid understanding of modern marketing channels, including Social Media, Digital Marketing, PR, KOL/KOC Marketing, and Offline Marketing, with the ability to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Proactive, creative, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment;
- Have a personal laptop.
