We are looking for a QC Engineer to join the Lumin team at DSV. As a QC Engineer, you will be part of a talented and committed community, passionate about delivering a high-quality experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
As a QC Engineer, you are responsible for:
◦ Contribute to ensuring product quality across the SDLC, focusing on stability, reliability, and user experience.
◦ Design and execute test scenarios using both structured test cases and exploratory testing.
◦ Support release cycles and ensure features are truly ready for users.
◦ Work closely with engineers and BA/POs to clarify requirements and identify risks early.
◦ Investigate bugs, perform root cause analysis, and help prevent recurring issues.
◦ Participate in product discussions and provide feedback to improve feature design and user experience.
◦ Partner with Customer Support to validate user-reported issues and contribute to improving overall user satisfaction.
Your skills and experience
◦ 2+ years of experience in QC/QA for mobile applications, with solid manual testing experience and basic exposure to automation testing.
◦ Solid understanding of SDLC and testing fundamentals.
◦ Familiarity with automation testing frameworks (Maestro is a plus).
◦ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
◦ Experience using monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or similar.
◦ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
◦ Good English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and feedback.
◦ Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and willingness to learn, askquestions, and improve product quality.
Nice to have
◦ Experience in the document/PDF editing or productivity tools space.
◦ Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Storemaven.
◦ Comfortable working with tools like Superset, GA4, or similar.
◦ Basic SQL for data querying and analysis.
