How You Can Contribute
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately
- Handle invoices/receipts: print, store hard copies & upload soft copies to Drive
- Update accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliations
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
- Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Prepare VAS financial statements, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), PIT finalization
- Prepare declaration reports, monthly VAT & PIT reports
- Review PIT, VAT, WHT reports to ensure correct calculation & compliance with tax regulations
- Prepare draft sales contracts and related documents for AR activities
- Provide tax planning support in line with current legislation
- Be responsible for financial/accounting reports to authorities and parent company
- Work with accounting systems for daily operations and reporting
- Involve in ad-hoc accounting/admin assignments as required
- Other tasks as assigned by management
What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Accountant roles
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Misa
- Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Demonstrated proactive approach to financial management and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently
