Responsibilities:
- Assist the Company Secretariat in reviewing and documenting current workflows.
- Support in drawing flowcharts, process maps, and simple diagrams under manager’s guidance.
- Contribute ideas on process improvements using IT/AI tools.
- Explore and test tools.
- Prepare presentation slides to support Secretariat operations.
Requirements:
- 3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration with IT knowledge, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, flowchart drawing, and automation tools.
- Quick learner, proactive in exploring new IT/AI solutions.
- Plus: interest or basic understanding of AI, automation, and workflow management.
