Responsibilities:
- Research, approach, and maintain relationships with potential clients from international markets (US, Europe, Australia, Singapore, etc.).
- Communicate professionally in English through emails, LinkedIn messages, and virtual meetings to understand clients’ needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Present and promote the company’s IT outsourcing services (web/mobile development, dedicated teams, software solutions, etc.).
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks for clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and after-sales support.
- Track KPIs, report sales performance, and propose strategies for market expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or fluent in international working environments).
- Experience in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or technology sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or cold email outreach is a strong plus.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
