SENIOR BACK END ENGINEER (ĐÀ NẴNG)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for web and mobile applications using NestJS

• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to design robust and maintainable systems

• Work with Kafka and MQTT in building message-driven architectures

• Collaborate closely with team to design efficient APIs and backend workflows

• Optimize performance and ensure scalability in system design and implementation

• Lead technical discussions, advise for architecture decisions, and conduct code reviews

• Design and manage databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data storage, synchronization, and caching

• Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality

• Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and development processes

• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring for backend services

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• 6+ years of experience in Back End development (NodeJS, NestJS,...)

• Good English communication skills, especially in reading, writing, and discussing technical documentation and specifications

• Proven experience building backend systems for mobile applications or mobile-integrated platforms

• Strong experience with NestJS and RxJS in production environments

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MQTT for message-driven architectures

• Proficient in working with PostgreSQL and Redis

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API security, authentication, and authorization

mechanisms for mobile applications

• Solid understanding of clean architecture, software design patterns, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes

• Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum development environments

• Knowledge of mobile app integration, push notification systems, and real-time

communication is a plus

• Experience integrating backend services with React Native applications

• Experience mentoring or leading system integration and architecture discussions is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and teamwork abilities
