E-commerce Operation Intern

1.Job Description:

Project Management (60%)

• Support assigned e-commerce and livestream projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with pre-live planning, including project timelines, product coordination and campaign preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, KOLs/KOCs/Celebrities, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
• Track livestream and campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and provide insights for optimization.

Operations (40%)

• Operate Shopee livestreams onsite and support livestream operations by coordinating product preparation, technical setup, and execution of livestream sales activities.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on these insights.
• Assist the Marketing & E-commerce team with daily operational and administrative tasks related to e-commerce and livestream projects.

2. Job Requirements:

• Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with competing priorities.
• Willing to work late hours and be onsite for long livestream sessions (12+ hours per session).
• Good verbal and written communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed.
• A “can-do” attitude, eager to learn.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in every assigned task.
• Interest in Influencer Marketing.
• Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Result-driven & problem-solving approach.
• Very strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
• Full-time intern.
• English requirement: Working Proficiency.
