Accountant

Job Summary

• Responsible for AR, Fixed Assets,
• Responsible for tax reports, statutory reports,
• Other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.

Key Accountabilities

AR:

• Daily check bank receiving & clear AR accounts,
• Daily release Delivery Note,
• Monthly send AR aging report to sales team & statement of account from SAP to customers,
• Reconcile AR transactions,
• Check AR overdue to inform sales and block account as policy,
• Annually complete the form of credit review,
• Other AR tasks.

Fixed assets:

• Handle fixed assets transactions in systems,
• Print the label of fixed assets,
• Join asset count twice per year & prepare the counting reports,
• Prepare the fixed assets, depreciation report,
• Other fixed assets tasks.

Taxes & reports:

• Issue e-invoice for internal use & gifts and others,
• VAT reports & reconciliation,
• Investment reports (Quarterly/yearly),
• Statistic reports (Quarterly/yearly),
• Reconciliation tax reports (Quarterly/yearly) with tax authority,
• Support for internal/external audit & tax audit.

Others:

• Other tasks assigned by Finance manager.

Key Job Requirements

Job / Skills Competencies

• Experience in SAP or ERP is preferred,
• Proficient English communication,
• Carefully, patient, and good team-work skill,
• Time management skill,
• Ability to follow standard procedures,
• Detail oriented, reliable, and professional attitude.

Critical Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in FDI,
• Having experience in SAP is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance.
