- The Client of NetViet is not based in Vietnam, so that employee will be work from home fulltime.
- Working place: Remote 100% & Fulltime
- Time: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM
- Please note that this role follows the Singapore holiday calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verification & Screening: Conduct comprehensive background verification checks and educational credential verifications by contacting individuals and institutions via phone and email.
- Database Management: Perform database searches and screenings for verification purposes; accurately input and manage all data collected during the process.
- Reporting: Organize, compile, and generate clear, concise, and accurate background check reports for both clients and candidates.
- Client Relations: Respond promptly, professionally, and effectively to client inquiries, requests, and updates.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and proactively resolve any discrepancies, anomalies, or issues that arise during the verification process.
- Compliance & Privacy: Strictly implement and uphold company policies regarding background screening, data security, and candidate privacy.
- Team Support: Execute additional background check tasks and analytical projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Independent Execution: Manage your own daily pipeline of verification cases independently, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounting, Data Analytics, QA, HR in CS industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (expat communication everyday)
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and thoroughness.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong capability to analyze data, spot inconsistencies, and utilize database tools effectively.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting verification roadblocks and handling sensitive discrepancies.
- Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent professional communication skills via phone and email.
