1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, target customers, and growth areas to expand the business.
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Establish sales targets, develop action plans, and monitor performance against business goals.
2. Business Development & Key Account Management
- Lead the acquisition of new customers, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
3. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure continuous team development.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and customer-focused sales culture.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and challenges, providing effective solutions and value-added services.
- Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and relationship-building activities.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including revenue, market share, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for senior management.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to improve sales effectiveness and business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
6. Commercial Management & Contract Negotiation
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable business agreements with customers.
- Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals based on market conditions, competitive positioning, and cost considerations.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies, approval processes, and commercial guidelines.
- Support long-term business sustainability through effective contract and revenue management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in Product sales, business development, or a similar leadership role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Product’s services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
