Job Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation to customers via phone and arrange suitable trial classes according to their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and the Pancake chat application.
- Coordinate class openings and schedule classes accordingly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Support team members when necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in sales.
- Proficient in Thai language.
- Able to work full-time, 6 days a week (online work).
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in work.
- Energetic, proactive, and possess a “can-do” attitude (always ready for new challenges).
- Clear goal-oriented, hardworking, persistent, and able to work under pressure.
