1. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, business flows, and acceptance criteria to define test scope, identify missing cases, edge cases, and quality risks.
- Design and maintain test scenarios, test cases, checklists, and test data for assigned features or system flows.
- Execute manual, functional, regression, exploratory, API, UI/UX, cross-browser, responsive, and basic non-functional testing when needed.
- Validate data accuracy, API responses, third-party integrations, and end-to-end user journeys.
- Reproduce, log, classify, track, and coordinate bug resolution until closure with clear evidence and reproducible steps.
- Collaborate with PO/PM, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and support release readiness.
- Report test results, release readiness, quality risks, and improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards, checklists, guidelines, runbooks, and release quality practices.
- Support basic automation testing or coordinate automation efforts for stable regression flows where applicable.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve testing productivity while validating AI-generated outputs.
2. Requirements:
Required:
- College or university degree, preferably in IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, QA/QC, web application testing, product testing, or system testing.
- Strong manual testing skills, including test scope definition, test case design, test execution, regression testing, and bug reporting.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Good understanding of software testing processes, bug lifecycle, common testing types, and practical test design techniques.
- Ability to validate UI/UX behavior, responsive layouts, data accuracy, API responses, and third-party integration flows.
- Ability to contribute to QA processes, testing standards, and release validation practices.
- Ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to support testing work.
- Logical, careful, detail-oriented, and able to describe issues clearly, work independently, and follow a structured process.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify, e-commerce systems, product platforms, or third-party integrations.
- Experience with E2E testing, automation testing, or coordinating automation testing efforts.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge using Python, JavaScript, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD reports, release pipelines, quality gates, performance testing, Docker, or testing environments.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban workflows.

3. Compensation & Benefits:
Income:
- Salary: Up to 30M gross.
- Work evaluation and salary review twice/year.
