The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and other assigned functions. This role also supports HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and contribute to the company's talent growth objectives.
Talent Acquisition (70%)
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions through various sourcing channels.
Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure hiring quality.
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and support candidates during the offer and onboarding stages.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, provide talent market insights, and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.
HR Support (30%)
Support employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding.
Assist in implementing employee engagement programs and enhancing employee experience.
Participate in HR projects and perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Level: Junior
At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience recruiting for Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Agency, or Startup environments is a plus.
