Senior Creative Planner (Art Based)

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1/ Strategic Visual Conceptualization

• Translate briefs into strong visual strategies.
• Develop unique visual worlds for diverse brands.
• Present creative concepts clearly to clients.
• Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype and test visual directions.

2/ Design & Art Direction

• Oversee visual output across print, digital, and video.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, storyboards, and mood boards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Review production assets to ensure top-tier quality.
• Establish AI guidelines to protect brand identity and visual uniqueness.

3/ Leadership & Collaboration

• Direct external partners like desiners, photographers and animators.
• Work with account teams to meet client business goals.
• Optimize creative workflows by integrating automated design tools.

II. REQUIREMENT

• 5+ years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
• Proven track record of leading successful creative pitches.
• Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success implementing AI tools into live creative pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expert-level usage of GenAI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or DALL-E.
• Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking and cross-channel campaigns.
• Expertise in typography, color theory, and digital layout design.
• Skill in advanced prompting, control nets, and custom AI model training.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and motion graphics is a plus.
