Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating KOL/KOC content campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing short-form video performance across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, FB, ect. This role requires the ability to manage high-volume content workflows and fast turnaround timelines in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1- Build up content plan and content execution on Tiktok
Write and refine scripts aligned with brand messaging, brand tone, and product demonstration requirements
Develop content ideas and short-form video concepts tailored to Gen Z audiences
Guide KOL/KOC content direction to ensure:
On-brief
On-brand
On-trend
Ensure content accurately communicates:
Proper product usage
Key USPs (coverage, finish, texture, shade range, etc.)
Campaign messaging
2- KOL & Influencer Management
Manage relationships with KOLs and influencers to ensure alignment on brand style, tone, and campaign direction.
3- Review and quality-check demo videos before publishing
Clearly interpret brand requirements and brief KOLs for necessary revisions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs
Manage ongoing communication, follow-ups, and performance evaluation of KOLs
Assess individual KOL effectiveness and propose continued collaboration or adjustments
Focus on:
Clear and high-quality visuals
Cohesive and engaging storytelling
4- Content Performance Tracking & Optimization
Ensure consistent content output volume, with a target of approximately 100–150++ videos per month across KOL/KOC collaborations
Adapt content to align with Vietnamese consumer insights
Ensure localized content maintains the integrity of the original brand spirit
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including:
Engagement rate
GMV rate
Evaluate video structure (hook – body – CTA)
Use performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness:
Content direction
Creator selection
5- Market & Trend Research:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to build and optimize content plans; provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Proactively search for and evaluate trending videos on Social Media, especially TikTok
Propose innovative content strategies aligned with market dynamics
Qualifications
Experience
>2 years MKT Content experience on Social Media, e-com, especially Tiktok; or KOL Coordination experience
Proven background in beauty, cosmetics, or influencer marketing preferred, especially make-up line
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience behavior and short-form content
Experience working with KOL/KOC campaigns
Good to have: Experience working in agency environment
Skills
Good English communication
Strong short-form scriptwriting skills with trend awareness
Good aesthetic sense for makeup visuals
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proactive, adaptable, and able to quickly respond to dynamic market and campaign changes
Understanding of product color tones, texture, and finish
Basic performance analysis capability
Strong communication and KOL management skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
