RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment Support
•Support job posting activities across recruitment channels.
•Conduct CV screening and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
•Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•Update candidate information and maintain recruitment databases.
•Prepare recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
•Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities when required.
2. Onboarding & Documentation Support
•Support onboarding administration for new hires.
•Follow up with candidates to collect required onboarding documents and personal records.
•Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
•Scan, organize, and maintain employee files in both physical and electronic formats.
•Support document filing and records management in accordance with company policies.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding documents are completed on time.
•Assist in preparing onboarding packages and employee information records.
3. Administrative Support
•Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle confidential information and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Good English communication is an advantage.
