1. Identify, source, evaluate, and develop high-quality KOL/KOC resources within Vietnam’s beauty and
skincare industry, including beauty reviewers, skincare educators, ingredient-focused creators, beauty
niche influencers, and other relevant content creators. Build, maintain, and continuously update a well
structured influencer database.
2. Independently manage the end-to-end collaboration process with KOLs/KOCs, including outreach,
partnership negotiation, contract execution, collaboration planning, content alignment, campaign
monitoring, and performance evaluation, ensuring all deliverables align with brand positioning and
marketing objectives.
3. Conduct in-depth research on Vietnam’s beauty and skincare market trends, consumer insights, and
preferences (e.g., ingredient-conscious consumers, skin-type-specific needs, emerging skincare trends
and concepts). Develop targeted KOL/KOC collaboration strategies based on product selling points.
Stay up to date with platform trends, demonstrate strong content sensitivity, and proactively propose
content ideas and scripts to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion performance.
4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing KOLs/KOCs by regularly communicating new
product launches and brand updates, identifying opportunities for repeat collaborations, long-term
partnerships, and exclusive campaigns to increase influencer affinity, advocacy, and willingness to
recommend the brand.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including Reach, Engagement Rate, CPM, GMV,
ROI, and other relevant KPIs. Conduct post-campaign evaluations and optimize influencer selection
criteria, content strategies, and future collaboration plans based on performance data and industry
benchmarks.
6. Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities within Vietnam’s beauty and skincare industry,
including influencer ecosystems, high-performing content, and effective marketing approaches, and
provide actionable recommendations to improve brand promotion strategies.
7. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure efficient campaign
execution, effective content distribution, and seamless cross-functional coordination.
