Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage production projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution/ Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và quản lý các dự án sản xuất, đảm bảo triển khai đúng tiến độ và hiệu quả
• Collaborate with clients, directors, and creative teams to develop project concepts and strategies/ Phối hợp với khách hàng, đạo diễn và team sáng tạo để xây dựng concept và chiến lược cho dự án
• Manage production budgets, schedules, and resources effectively/ Quản lý ngân sách, tiến độ và nguồn lực sản xuất một cách hiệu quả
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production processes/ Điều phối các giai đoạn tiền kỳ, sản xuất và hậu kỳ
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations/ Đảm bảo sản phẩm đầu ra đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng
• Communicate project progress and updates to internal teams and clients/ Cập nhật tiến độ dự án cho các bộ phận nội bộ và khách hàng
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions to minimize risks/ Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất và đưa ra giải pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro
• Support talent management and coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and partners as needed/ Hỗ trợ quản lý talent và phối hợp với nhà cung cấp, freelancer và đối tác khi cần

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience as a Producer or Assistant Producer in a production house or media company / Có kinh nghiệm làm Producer hoặc Assistant Producer tại production house hoặc công ty media
• Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skill / Có kỹ năng quản lý dự án, ngân sách và tiến độ tốt
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities / Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lãnh đạo và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
• Creative mindset with attention to detail / Có tư duy sáng tạo và chú ý đến chi tiết
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure/ Có khả năng xử lý nhiều dự án cùng lúc và làm việc dưới áp lực cao
• Professional working attitude and strong commitment to quality and deadlines / Tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp, cam kết về chất lượng và tiến độ
