Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Support posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
- Source and screen candidate profiles
- Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates
- Update and maintain candidate database
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
Employer Branding (EB)
- Assist in creating recruitment content for social media channels
- Support employer branding campaigns and internal events
- Coordinate with team members for photos, posts and recruitment materials
- Help manage company recruitment pages and engagement activities
Requirements:
- Third- year, final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or
related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Active, responsible, and willing to learn
- Basic content creation or social media skills is a plus
- Good English communication is preferred
