About the Role
Autonomous is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow our affiliate, creator, and partner channels. This role focuses on finding the right partners, activating campaigns, tracking performance, and turning affiliate traffic into real revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage affiliate/KOC/KOL/creator partnerships.
- Recruit new affiliates and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Plan affiliate campaigns, commission structures, promo codes, and product seeding.
- Track performance by partner: traffic, conversion rate, GMV/revenue, CAC, ROAS, and payout efficiency.
- Work with content/design teams to prepare assets, briefs, landing pages, and offers for affiliates.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize partner quality, content angles, and promotion strategy.
- Research competitors and new affiliate opportunities across TikTok, YouTube, blogs, communities, and deal sites.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOC marketing, partnership marketing, or e-commerce growth.
- Strong understanding of affiliate funnels, commission models, tracking links, promo codes, and performance reporting.
- Comfortable working with creators/partners and following up proactively.
- Data-driven mindset: able to read numbers, spot issues, and optimize for revenue.
- Good communication and execution skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon affiliates, Shopify, Impact, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar affiliate platforms.
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce, furniture, home office, lifestyle, or tech products.
