Your role
You will be liaising between our marketing production teams and the clients, handling day-to-day projects’ operations to deliver quality outputs in a timely manner. What you get to work on and manage will develop naturally as you progress further in your career at InBold.
Responsibilities
Project management:
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and time frame
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure delivering projects on time with high quality.
- Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate when necessary
- Provide regular updates in team meetings
- Issue invoices after getting projects done
Workflow overview & Optimization:
- Support team lead on documentation and reporting
- Ensure project data is accurately recorded in our tracking systems
- Assist in identifying workflow issues and flag them to team lead
- Support the implementation of new processes or tools as guided
Team overview and coaching:
- Be the connection between team lead, other stakeholders and team members to create team harmony
You as a person
- 1 - 2 years of working experience, preferably in Project Management field
- Able to communicate in English in both verbal and written forms at an intermediate level.
- Proactive, willing to learn and a can do attitude
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams and attention to details.
- Be the source of inspiration to build up the team
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Competency in MS Office and Google Ecosystem is a big advantage
Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:
- Day shift: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
