Job description
- Supporting the Sales Department in preparing annual and monthly budget plans
- Handling various administrative procedures and documentation related to sales activities
- Preparing and submitting advance notifications to customers and relevant on-site personnel whenever a change in the 4M elements (Man, Machine, Material, Method) may affect product quality
- Providing additional support to the Sales Department as needed
Job requirements
- Japanese language proficiency: Business level (JLPT N1 level or above)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2+ years of experience in a sales planning, business planning, or sales support role at a Japanese-affiliated company
- English language proficiency: Business level
- Hands-on experience in a planning role at a Japanese-affiliated manufacturing or trading company
- Experience working under a Japanese supervisor
- Work experience in Japan (including internships)
- Education: Degree from a university or graduate school in Japan, or other study/exchange experience there
- Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong logical thinking ability
- Careful and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Looking to build a mid- to long-term career with one company
Benefits
- Working Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Monday to Friday
- Holidays: Two full days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)
- Annual Paid Leave: In accordance with Vietnamese labor law (other leave entitlements also follow the same law)
- Employment Type: Full-time (initial contract period: 1 year)
- Probation Period: 2 months (85% of salary paid during the probation period)
- Salary: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (Gross/month)
- Negotiable based on experience and skills
- Candidates who can contribute immediately based on their experience may be eligible for a higher salary range, subject to discussion
- Salary Review: Once a year
- Bonus: Once a year
- Social Insurance: Social insurance enrollment in accordance with Vietnamese labor law
- Other Allowances: Provided (details to be shared upon offer)
