As we continue to expand our presence in Vietnam, we're looking for passionate Business Development and B2B SaaS Sales professionals to join our team and help drive our next stage of growth.

II. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive revenue growth and acquire new customers for Better HR's HRM & Payroll solutions in the Vietnam market.
- Consult businesses to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable HRM & Payroll solutions throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and other business development channels.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales performance, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
III. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Solution Consulting, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or related industries.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, prioritize opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

V. WORKING INFORMATION
- Location: Better HR Vietnam Office – 27 Hoang Hoa Tham, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Thanh District).
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1.5–hour lunch break) | Full-time | On–site
