Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate marketing activities across digital platforms, social media, PR, events, partnerships and other communication channels.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand direction.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements based on key metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
2. Brand Development & Creative Coordination
- Support the development of brand communication materials and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with agencies, designers and other external partners throughout project execution.
- Review creative deliverables and provide feedback to ensure they align with the intended brand direction.
- Participate in planning and executing brand launches, campaigns and other key marketing initiatives.
3. Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Campaign Management or similar roles.
- Experience in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a personal laptop.
- Communicate level of English.
- Experience working with lifestyle, consumer or digital brands is a plus.
