[6-month FREELANCER] Account Executive

• Working Office: Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
• Working Time: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM | Monday - Friday (full-time onsite or hybrid)
• 6-month contract, start as soon as possible

_Roles & Responsibilities_

• Build a keen understanding and acquire knowledge of consumers, brands, businesses, and clients.
• Take part in a multi-functional team to develop and implement 360-degree communication plans. Develop client service process and enforce the process on a regular basis.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction and trust.
• Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency, project timelines and deliverables, team alignment and workflow efficiency.
• Handle paperwork, manage vendors, and follow project budgets.
• Regularly report on campaign performance and business results, support adding in insights and recommendations to drive success.
• Other tasks as assgned by Line Manager.

_Candidate Profile_

We would like to hear from those who have solid account management skills and experience working with clients across diverse industries. You should be a self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude; be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.

• Minimal 2 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling IMC & Social campaigns.
• A good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of Advertising, PR, Events, and Digital. Advertising/TVC/Social/Production experiences are preferred.
• Appreciation for detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker and problem-solver.
• Excellent English skills.
• Great with people, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
• Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
