Arobid is a Global B2B Trade & Digital Exhibition infrastructure connecting buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners in the e-commerce, digital exhibition, and import-export sectors.
As our Leader Digital Content, you will lead the development of high-quality, data-driven, and AI-assisted content that strengthens Arobid’s position as a trusted thought leader in global B2B trade, cross-border e-commerce, and digital trade promotion.
This role requires strong English content capability, bilingual adaptation between English and Vietnamese, content performance analysis, and the ability to use AI content tools effectively to improve research speed, content quality, SEO structure, localization, and production efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Content Creation: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, B2B e-commerce, and import-export topics to produce high-value articles, industry reports, and market guides. Write clear, compelling, and well-structured long-form content in English that is crafted for a professional B2B audience. Manage fundamental on-page elements, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking to ensure content is discoverable and user-friendly.
- Content Performance & Strategy Analyze: content performance using web analytics to understand user engagement, traffic patterns, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to report on content effectiveness, recommend improvements for existing articles, and help shape the future content plan. Stay informed on industry conversations to ensure our content is consistently relevant, timely, and authoritative.
- Bilingual Content Adaptation: Translate and localize key English articles into fluent, culturally relevant Vietnamese to engage our domestic and global audience. Adapt and rewrite existing Vietnamese content into high-quality English for our global platform. Ensure all technical and industry-specific terminology is accurate and consistent across both languages.
- AI-Assisted Content Production: Use AI content tools to support content research, topic ideation, outline development, keyword clustering, content drafting, rewriting, translation, localization, and quality improvement.
WHAT YOU‘LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Proven Experience: 5-7 years in a professional capacity as a Leader Content Writer, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of published English articles.
- Mandatory Bilingual Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese is non-negotiable. Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to use data to measure content effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the B2B, e-commerce, or online marketplace landscape. Direct experience with global trade or import-export topics is a significant advantage.
