1. Job Description
- Operate and monitor infrastructure for Information Security (IS) solutions provided to MASS/SME clients (e.g., WAF, Anti-DDoS). This includes ensuring service stability and security, and handling a full range of infrastructure-related incidents from basic to advanced.
- Optimize and upgrade the architectural design of IS solution infrastructure (WAF, Anti-DDoS, etc.) to ensure stability and scalability, meeting the business needs of MASS/SME clients.
- Handle DDoS and web attacks, ensuring compliance with client SLAs. This involves analyzing logs and utilizing Anti-DDoS and WAF solutions to defend against attacks.
- Participate in IS incident response drills for clients, specifically those related to web and DDoS attacks.
- Tune and update rules for IS solutions serving MASS/SME clients (e.g., WAF and Anti-DDoS).
- Research technologies and the latest optimization/defense techniques to improve and update solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on new network security and web attack techniques, then develop defense strategies and optimize solutions accordingly.
2. Requirements
2.1 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics-Informatics, or related fields
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher
2.2 Requirements/Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in network or network security.
- Knowledge of Linux servers, web servers, and virtualization systems like VMware ESXi, vCenter, or similar.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, TICK, Prometheus, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of Cloud Computing, Docker, and Containers.
- Fundamental understanding of common web security risks based on the OWASP Top 10.
- In-depth knowledge of DDoS attack types, from Layer 3, Layer 4 to Layer 7. You should regularly research and update new attack techniques to propose solutions that ensure client service availability.
- Understand the concepts and methods for analyzing and monitoring network-level alerts and threats.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good information-gathering skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for network and network security issues, including the ability to analyze and handle vulnerabilities in a company’s network system.

4. Time & Location
