Campaign Planning & Management (40–45%)
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign progress and quality.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and workflows.
- Ensure campaigns align with branding and business objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization (30–35%)
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports.
- Optimize campaign effectiveness through testing, insights, and performance analysis.
- Monitor digital trends and propose new campaign ideas and improvements.
- Support the development of reporting frameworks and campaign measurement processes.
Coordination & Strategic Support (20–25%)
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and related departments on strategic initiatives.
- Support communication and branding activities on digital platforms.
- Ensure campaign activities comply with company standards and guidelines.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Who we need:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign operations.
- Good analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, or related tools is a plus.
- Good English reading and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
