SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
1/ Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business, goals, and challenges.
• Regularly update clients on project status, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
2/ Project Management:
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and client objectives.
• Assist in the creation and presentation of strategic proposals and pitches.
3/ Creative Oversight:
• Ensure that creative outputs align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Review and provide feedback on creative work, ensuring it meets the brief and achieves the desired impact.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative ideas.
4/ Financial Management:
• Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for both the agency and clients.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and financial negotiations with clients.
5/ Communication:
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Document meeting notes, project updates, and client feedback.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports to clients and senior management.
Requirement
Education
• Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, or at least 1 year of experience as Senior Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency.
• Proven experience managing Marketing, Branding, or Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) projects.
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
