JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment
- Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment for assigned positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, employee referrals, university partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate and improve employer branding activities to attract quality candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Development & Employer Branding
- Support onboarding programs for new employees.
- Coordinate internal engagement activities and employer branding initiatives.
- Support training programs and learning & development activities when required.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
- Support HR administrative tasks and internal HR projects.
- Assist the HR team with other HR functions when required.
Corporate Tasks
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, labor market insights, and HR best practices.
- Proactively recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in an Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Agency is preferred.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
