JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct detailed business analyses.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business requirements into clear and structured artifacts such as:
- functional specifications
- process flows (e.g., BPMN or similar)
- basic data/information models
that underpin various financial services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology teams, and end users to develop innovative solutions for our leading customers.
- Develop process models and workflow diagrams to improve business operations.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features or system enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have:
- 3-5+ years of experience.
- Must have knowledge and experience in analysing complex business domains and processes in environments where reliability, security, and compliance are essential (e.g. banking, payments, energy, public sector).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI, Low Code, and No Code is a plus.
- Business Analysts with a moderate level of technical knowledge , including:
- SQL (basic querying)
- General understanding of system design or object-oriented concepts
- Business Analysis skills and proven track record of designing systems and functionality to build applications.
- Domain Knowledge of the domain to be analyzed is a prerequisite.
- Understanding of SQL, as well as familiarity with object-oriented concepts.
- Practical experience in business modelling and general consultancy is essential.
- Skills and knowledge of data modelling (e.g. creating information models).
- Skills and knowledge about business process designs, business process reengineering.
- Good communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders, knowledge extraction, and requirements engineering.
- Abstract thinking and communication.
- An ideal candidate would have around 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst and have previously worked on projects involving technical software implementations.
