1. Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling food items and ingredients to businesses, restaurants, caterers, event planners, etc.
  • Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory.
  • Maintain current knowledge of product and system status within divisions and distribution centers to assist CDSs and customers
  • Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly.
  • Review daily sales reports.
  • Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
  • Coordinate sales with the food service department to ensure demand is met.
  • Communicate trends/pricing issues and other unique issues as it relate to sales.
  • Work closely with local suppliers/manufacturers on developing new business and promoting manufacturers’ product lines.
  • Develop new markets and accounts by utilizing the current relationships and building new relationships in the food service channel.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
  • Analyze territory and monitor performance results, daily call reports, and weekly work plans.
  • Provide industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality, and operations
  • Contributing to the attainment of sales targets/strategies and market penetration in line with regional growth

2. Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experienced in areas of Hospitality and F&B, B2B/B2C sales, and/or Customer Service;
  • Knowledge of booking and reservation.
  • Fluent in English, other languages a bonus;
  • Good communication and customer service;
  • Full of energy, confidence, and ga good work ethic;
