Job Overview
Do you have an eye for design and a passion for creating compelling visuals? If you’re at the start of your design career and eager to sharpen your skills in a vibrant agency setting, you might just be the Junior Designer we’re seeking! In this role, you’ll work closely with Art Directors and the wider creative team, learning the ropes of concept development, brand identity creation, and multimedia design. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and elevate your craft under expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team by producing design assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the development of concepts for various media (digital, print, social, etc.).
- Create preliminary mockups and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables.
- Help with simple multimedia tasks, such as resizing images, basic video edits, or preparing presentation decks.
- Stay organized and efficient when juggling multiple projects or tasks with tight deadlines.
- Keep up with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to bring new insights to the team.
Key Requirements
- A strong interest in developing design solutions across digital, print, or multimedia channels.
- Proficiency in basic design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- An understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, with a desire to learn and improve.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to pivot quickly while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or freelance work); agency experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to grow with mentorship.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- A portfolio (even if it’s from class projects or personal experiments) that showcases your potential.
