Responsibilities:
- Act as the main coordination point between partners and internal creative teams.
- Receive requests from partners, clarify requirements, and communicate them to internal teams; assign tasks based on the approved timeline.
- Track creative production progress, ensure deadlines are met, and support in handling arising issues.
- Collect, communicate, and relay revision feedback between relevant stakeholders.
- Check creative outputs to ensure they meet requirements, formats, sizes, and quantities.
- Manage and organize marketing assets and related documents.
- Collaborate with Product and Media/Design teams on game launches and marketing campaigns for in-house products.
- Research social media trends and support basic creative performance reporting and improvement suggestions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Fresher or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related fields.
- Demonstrates an understanding of marketing, social media, and creative production workflows.
- Good communication skills with the ability to clearly convey requirements and coordinate across teams.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible for tracking tasks and timelines.
- Comfortable using working tools such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets; Capcut, Figma,... is a plus.
- Creative Thinking and Passion for Gaming: Possess a creative mindset and a passion for gaming.
- English communication proficiency.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM – 06:30 PM) (1.5-hour lunch break)
