RESPONSIBILITY
1. Cash Management & Admin Support
- Assist in monitoring and updating actual spending in the Cash Flow forecast by verifying bank transactions under guidance.
- Review daily supporting documents (invoices, contracts, receipts) for accuracy and compliance before processing.
- Improve and maintain both hard and soft copy filing systems for accounting documents.
- Prepare paperwork for accounting-related responsibilities involving banks, tax authorities, and business partners.
2. Invoicing & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Support the daily reconciliation of collections and revenues on internal systems (Airtable or company databases).
- Assist in managing and issuing electronic invoices via software (MeInvoice) for verified transactions.
- Cooperate with relevant departments to follow up on overdue receivables or resolve wrong collection entries.
3. Bookkeeping & Data Analytics
- Learn and perform basic monthly bookkeeping and data entry within accounting software (MISA).
- Assist the Marketing team and other departments in tracking promotional program costs and ensuring correct expense categorization.
- Support gathering data for financial reports, updating business plan metrics, or calculating monthly sales commissions.
- Execute other ad-hoc tasks requested by the General Accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to intern at least 40 hours/week (Mon to Fri) for 3-6 months;
- Final year university student, or fresh graduate of Accounting related major;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
- Good command of MS Excel and managing spreadsheets;
- Demonstrated drive, self-starter, hard-working, self‐aware, and willing to learn;
- Responsible, diligent, attention-to-details, and result oriented.
