Key Responsibilities
Mass Recruitment
- Coordinate Operations team for mass recruitment as Company projects.
- Build mass sources (PG, PB, Sup,…) by selecting effective channels, screening & evaluating suitable candidates to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates as per project timelines.
- Make weekly/ monthly mass recruitment report as required.
Data Management
- Maintain a large-scale candidate database and track recruitment performance.
- Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment effectiveness.
Employer Branding
- Build & manage EB plan for practices to attract top talent through online & offline channels.
- Propose & evaluate channel effectiveness align with Company’s budget.
- Enhance the company’s image through recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement.
Internal Communications
- Support team to organize internal events (All Hand Meeting, Branding Day, New Year Party, etc.) to enhance employee engagement & create happiness working environment.
- Other tasks as required by Line Manager.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agency or headhunting environments.
- Experience in mass recruitment for positions such as PB, Helper, Supervisor, etc., particularly for Event & Activation projects is highly preferred.
- Good at communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
