Better HR is a cloud-based Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and Payroll platform available on both Website and Mobile App.
Our solution helps businesses digitize and automate HR processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime requests, recruitment, performance management, and payroll.
As we continue to expand our presence in Vietnam, we're looking for passionate Business Development and B2B SaaS Sales professionals to join our team and help drive our next stage of growth.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced in Sales/ Consulting (B2B, SaaS, Education, or related industries is highly preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and execute an effective sales strategy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to grow.
- Strong ownership and leadership mindset, with the ability to lead by example, inspire the team, and drive high sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth and expand Better HR's HRM & Payroll solutions across the Vietnam market.
- Consult businesses on the most suitable HR solutions, guiding them throughout the sales cycle from discovery to deal closure.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth.
- Coach and develop Sales team through role-plays, deal reviews, and hands-on sales coaching to strengthen consulting, negotiation, and closing skills whiledriving consistent sales execution.

- Better HR Vietnam Office: 27 Hoàng Hoa Thám, Gia Định Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former Bình Thạnh District)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM); 1.5hour lunch break.
