Better HR is a cloud-based Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and Payroll platform available on both Website and Mobile App.

Our solution helps businesses digitize and automate HR processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime requests, recruitment, performance management, and payroll.

As we continue to expand our presence in Vietnam, we're looking for passionate Business Development and B2B SaaS Sales professionals to join our team and help drive our next stage of growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Drive Sales Revenue & Close Deals

  • Take ownership of retail sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Actively consult customers and convert opportunities into successful deals.
  • Forecast performance and adjust strategies to achieve targets.

Deliver Professional Customer Consulting

  • Conduct customer consultations through meetings, video calls, phone calls, and online channels.
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and business challenges.
  • Recommend suitable HR solutions and guide customers throughout the buying journey.
  • Handle objections and improve conversion rates.

Lead by Sales Performance

  • Continue actively selling and closing deals as a role model.
  • Share sales experience, consulting techniques, and best practices with the team.
  • Set high standards for customer engagement and sales execution.

Generate New Business Opportunities

  • Proactively build new customer pipelines through networking, referrals, partnerships, and other channels.
  • Develop qualified leads and expand market opportunities.

Coach & Develop Sales Consultants

  • Coach team members through role-play, deal reviews, and practical sales guidance.
  • Improve team consulting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Build effective sales processes and execution standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Strong Consulting & Sales Capability

  • Proven experience in customer-facing consulting and solution-based selling.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Proven Sales Performance

  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.

Lead Generation Ability

  • Ability to create opportunities through multiple channels.
  • Comfortable with networking, referrals, partnerships, and market expansion.

Leadership Through Results

  • Strong ownership of targets and measurable outcomes.
  • High energy, resilience, and passion for winning customers.
  • Able to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team through real achievements.

WORKING LOCATION

Better HR Vietnam Office: 27 Hoàng Hoa Thám, Gia Định Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former Bình Thạnh District)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM); 1.5hour lunch break.
