Position: Sales Executive
Location: Vietnam (Remote)

We are an IT Tech company based in Singapore, providing a comprehensive HR Enterprise Platform that helps businesses manage their people efficiently. As part of our growth, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive based in Vietnam to support our sales activities targeting the Vietnam and Singapore Market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in Vietnam and Singapore to promote our HR Enterprise Platform.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Sourcing market or sales networking and processing to be sales closures
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- Perform product demos for the potential clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline.
- Create regular sales report to the management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Vietnam and Singapore.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, preferably in IT or SaaS products.
- Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset ( 30 - 50 demos per week )
- Familiarity with the Singapore market is a strong advantage.
- Able to work remotely with high self-discipline and motivation.
- Knowledge or experience in HR platforms is a plus.
- English speaking is mandatory
