Job Description
- Purchase electronic components and materials to support EMS manufacturing programs.
- Execute purchasing activities based on customer Bills of Materials (BOMs), AVL/AML, forecasts, and production plans.
- Create, manage, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/MRP systems.
- Track lead times and delivery schedules, expedite materials to meet production requirements; source components from approved suppliers and negotiate pricing, MOQ, and lead time.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality teams.
- Support NPI and ECO changes; identify and propose alternative components when necessary.
- Manage inventory levels and excess & obsolete (E&O) materials.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and RoHS/REACH regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in electronics purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Experience in EMS / contract manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and BOMs.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Work Location: 78/2A Binh Loi Street, Ward 13, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Working Time: Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 16:00 and Saturday: Rotational (07:00 – 16:00)
